Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy for refunds meaning anything after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying for the return of the item.
If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. Please note that the items have to be unworn and in perfect condition so please do not be wearing any strong aftershaves or scents that may affect the items condition and please note that all tags have to still be attached otherwise the return will not be accepted. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
When you place an order, we have fixed shipping rates and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates depend on the destination of the product.
